@seeegs it’s honestly fantastic! for about the last year i’ve been on my starter machine, which was my aunt’s hand-me-down Starbucks Barista, which is about 18 years old, is made for pressurized portafilters, and has too much pressure and low temp. this thing is giving me much tastier shots with much less fuss, much less wasted water and cleanup. and there’s very little to fail on it. there’s significantly more risk of burning myself, but you take the good with the bad. ????
